KFC Union — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

No customer care there. The other day I was sitting there eating my lunch when this guy came in a very loud voice degrading and insulting women in general even the ones he was queuing with.

I thought someone from your staff members, a security or the manager would come in defence of women from his language by stopping him but I was wrong the guy kept doing that until he got his order and left still hailing at women🤔

We found that very strange that no one from the staff saw anything wrong from that but only the lady who is a cleaner who got mad when she came back hearing grumbling about that guy. So, I wanted to place an order but the lady who was supposed to attend me talked to her colleague while I was standing there for a minute, after I received my order, the woman who gave me my order she didn't tell me I should wait for my drink, as I walked out, I realized there was something missing and I went back,, but she rolled her eyes and blamed me instead..

Your telephone services is very bad. I cant even rate you a 1 star. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I just phoned because I forgot my bank card next to the teller by collection.
