Roman's Pizza Summerstrand — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

Worst experience ever! Placed an order online, both myself and my child are sick, and was hoping for a quick worm meal. From placing the order to collecting it, it took and hour with many people placing and collecting orders AFTER me while I was standing waiting. Eventually by the time the dessert pies were ready, my pizzas were cold. After questioning what is happening I juts got a blank stare. I usuly get such a friendly and efficient service but this is unacceptable! I'll be spending my money someplace...

Pizza is okay like any Franchise. Staff is not very customer friendly. We ordered pizza and we asked them if they could please bring it to the car when its ready, the lady said, she will be leaving the shift, we said the next person who takes over from her, she said if they are not busy, we said but we are the only customers in the store, we asked if they were expecting a huge rush. Needless to say they did not male the effort, we eventually came back and fetch the 2 Large...

Ordered on line to collect. When I arrived at the collection time all behind the counter ignored me. Eventually some lady barked "come here!" 'Excuse me', I said and got an even louder "come here, I said!" Anyhow after I explained that I was collecting an order and that she came across as rude she tried to cover her tracks saying she had said "please come here", which she never did say. Sorry 1/10 for service due to this staff...
