Burger King Witbank River Crescent Corner (Drive-Thru) — Restaurant in Emalahleni Local Municipality

Extremely disappointed in staff at drive through. We are regular Friday customers after action cricket games. Tonight at 18:30 I go through drive through and order a different combo. Combo 4. I asked that the Whopper and bigger burger be made without garnish. I also requested a Pepsi. The customer service was poor as the lady insisted there is no whopper in the meal. I asked again the whopper no garnish. I said the board says there is 2 bigger burgers - please no garnish. There is no combo board in view once at the window. She continued to insist there is no whoppers. I told her to leave it as is I will remove the garnish at home. At the next window she rudely said she want to explain. I was already upset and told her to leave it and not explain. At the last window I was not treated as a valued customer. My food was handed to me without a word or a smile and no serviets. And I also received Pepsi Max instead of Pepsi. Not impressed. The shop offers normal menu items and is displayed on the menu screen behind the counter. When entering, a lady take your temperature reading and you need to sanitize. When you eat in, the tables aren't always cleaned up after the previous diners. Dining seat are divided according to the social distancing standard. One may encounter some flies disturbing you when you have your meal. The staff appears to be well trained and polite, but working under pressure, but I had instances where they took my order wrong and I had to correct it. This was done without any hassle. Choosing between Witbank and Middelburg Burger King, I would choose Middelburg as their self service drink machine was opened up before Witbank's and Witbank staff could not answer me as to why theirs are closed to the public. I have gone to this place of business on three occasions and all three time my order was a stuff up, firstly I was given an incorrect amount of burgers that I originally ordered, second time they got my order completely wrong so I had to wait even longer for my order and today I got all the burgers I ordered "amount wise" but once again the incorrect burgers, I ordered 2x Extra long chilli cheese with my other ordered burgers, but instead of a chilli cheese I recieved a normal chicken and lettuce sandwiches, I che kwd my order today due to the resent stuff ups, the packaging looks the same for the incorrect burgers so I assumed the order was correct but sorely not so 🤬, please get our house in order, you are a...
