KFC — Restaurant in Emalahleni Local Municipality

Since my below comment (complaint) I have always been able to order my favorite Double Chrunch Burger. Not once have I been told "sorry we do not have any left".

Personally I believe the KFC Double Chrunch Burger is the best value for money.

Since the below rating, I have been there numerous times (often). Sadly, they (very) often do not have Double Crunch Burgers; this is highly irretating!

First you wait for up to 30 minutes in the que, just to find out they have no Double Crunch Burgers... and then, wait for up to another 30 minutes, for the que infront of you, to be served :-((

This is just totally! unacceptable :-(

I only did a Drive Through purchase. The Double Crunch Burger was great, but not very warm, I got the idea it might have been warmed-up; the chicken part.

Nontheless, the burger was great and I will purchase there again.

I am taking back my good rating from my last experience, I ordered 9 pieces of chicken in the drive through, then told to wait in the parking lot for 5min they will bring my stuff of which wasn't a problem, after 20 minutes I went to check only to find out they have given away my meal😩 I then asked for my money back, then a guy went at the back and brought me a prepare meal I ordered I took it and left. Well I eat this chicken and it's rotten 🤮 it gives me runny tummy, even if people complain about your service you can't be making people sick please speak and train your staff please. and What will happen if I decide to take action on this I'll be the bad guy, he I ain't buying your KFC no more I'll make sure I pass the message to others to avoid...

Useless!! Standing in drive-thru for 20 minutes at 12:10 on a Monday afternoon!!! First there is no person at the order window and then you wait another 10 minutes at the receiving window. And this with ONLY one vehicle in the line and three clients inside! And then when I ordered they couldn't accept payment with cards. And all I am told when I ask about the bad service and long time that I had to wait....you guessed it......EISH SIR.....sorry nê!! So I would NOT suggest you go to this KFC, as they are useless!! Rather support any other food outlet and stay...
