Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Emalahleni Local Municipality

I ordered one pizza at half past 5 and it is twenty minutes past 7 and no pizza, no phone call to explain the delay, nothing. Just an sms that said order received and email that says its being made. Very dissapointed. I don't mind waiting, just communicate thoroughly so that I know what is happening with my order.

Service was very poor, my husband placed a delivery order 17h55 for 2 pizzas and cocktail cheese chicken grillers, he gave our adress 3x to the guy that took the order, we waited for an hour and a half before my husband phoned, the driver phoned my husband saying his in the wrong adress my husband explained to him the right adress, after 2hours and 20min we got our order, the order was wrong we got a death of chocolate and no cocktail cheese chicken grillers. This service was unexceptable, the pizzas was cold and no grillers, realy how do they listen wrong adress and...

We got the club pizza with extra cheese and barbecue chicken with extra feta pineapple and cheese. R332 for the 2. Was so disappointed both were bland and really if we took the extra off dont know if it would have been a pizza at all. Club is normally a very nice pizza but today's was a total disaster.
