McDonald's Witbank Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Emalahleni Local Municipality

I am disappointed again with this McDonald's, the order taker at the drive thru was very friendly. Myself and my husband ordered large chilli cheese fries and they were dry and the Sauces were too little. It was my third time buying large Chilli cheese fries there. The 1st time they were good and had enough sauce, the 2nd time they were dry and the sauce were little but I threw then away when I got home, then on the 15/09/2024 we bought the large chilli cheese fries again and they were dry and the Sauces were too little. I do not mind to pay for extra sauce but my problem is when the standard of dressing the food is not always the same. Today they are fine then tomorrow they are dry with little sauce then when you complain the staff gets mad for what? I do not know. I believe everything that is sold at McDonald's is subjected to measurements and how they should be dressed which means the food must be the same everyday because the same measurement is used everyday. This is really frustrating because now I have to travel far to get another McDonald's which can meet the requirements of best food quality and service that McDonald's promises to it's customers. I have attached photos of the chilli cheese fries from the same McDonald's but look completely different. I am very disappointed with this McDonald's. Today I ordered two McFeast meals, normal regular meals for my wife and I. Alas, I got to the payment window and you made the meals medium instead of regular, a small R40 more which we needed to wait to get fixed to regular again, as if the regular is not overpriced already. Your drive thru was so slow, it was more like a wait while we waste your time. When I finally got my order, you managed to mess my car full of the coke since your lids cant stay on. But, its been a good day so far, I can let it slide after waiting 20 minutes in a short line for my meal. Finally got to work and have a quick lunch with my wife, but the realised, this coke is flat and not even normal coke like I asked for... again, I could let it slide. Then guys, I opened my McFeast only to find no sauce on the burger and a sad little piece of cheese trying to cover the patty. I love sauce, really. A meal is made or broken by sauce and you guys ruined it. At this point in time my wife asks me, why does something smell like fish. Fish? Why would you smell fish? When I smelled her burger andI was welcomed by the smell of rotten meat. So thanks McDonalds, my wife is now completely put off of your disgusting food and it will be the last time I buy something from you! Should have gone to Burger King where Im not sold...

The service at McDonald's is poor because look at this weak juice, it was so watery.. imagine before we saw the juice we had to wait for our food for more than 15min and we bought via drive thru.... we were parked at reserved parking for more than 15min until we went inside and that was when they started taking us serious.... when we got to work we found out that our foldovers were stale and they tasted rubbery like they were not toasted... we then took the complaint to the store and we refused any complementary food because this was not our 1st complaint with the said store.... we are always complaining about the service, crew attitude and poor service.....
