Nando's Saveways Centre — Restaurant in Emalahleni Local Municipality

The service was poor to say the least. The lady at the till taking our order was chewing ice or a sweet and kept spitting it out when repeating our order back to us. Then surprise surprise purchase order was wrong. They didn't bring our wedges and our chicken was mild instead of lemon and herb. When we complained the lady pulled a face and just gave us an attitude. The wedges when they finally came were heavily caked in spice and our garlic rolls were ice cold. There were staff members sitting in the dining area sleeping and napping whilst others were filling in paperwork in the dining area where clients were sitting and eating. Then the staff would shout from the till across the dining area at the staff members sitting chatting and sleeping and converse right across the floor. It was quite disturbing because it's the first time I experience such at any Nando's outlet. And I love Nando's chicken -...

We were greeted with a smile at 20h45, the lady at the counter took her time to help us select the best meal combo for our family needs even though it was just 15 minutes before closing. Well labelled mild vs hot dishes for our convenience. The kitchen staff also confirmed they'll prepare whatever we request, such a rare professional service in our area.

Highly disappointed with the portion sizes of the chicken strips and rice. You basically increase prices but decrease servings, how is that possible??? A while back I'd be able to have two serving in one box of chicken and rice however now it's way less than that. I wonder if I were dinning in the restaurant would things...
