Fishaways — Restaurant in Free State

I am an old client to this fishaways, and always had good impression, but this time only one word "BAD" service. I was told that the food will be ready in 15~20 mins and I waited for nearly an hour. My order number is 167 and order numbers after mine 169,174 all had their foods already and I am like an idiot still waiting for my food. I was asking the front staff's why I am waiting so long and they just ignored me and when I eventually got the food in my hand, the staff did not even bother to say "sorry for the late". The food is decent however, the staff is the most impolite I've experienced in a while. As you walk in the the store they make you feel that they're are annoyed with your presence and just cannot wait for you to just be done with your order. The colored lady working there on Monday 17 March 2025 even went as far as threatening to put "something" in my food when I called her out for being so impolite. Out of all the fast food places are visit so frequently at Preller Plein, this has been the worst in terms of staff. I am never going back to Fish Aways...

We like byuing there and the food is good.
