Steers — Restaurant in Free State

The staff at the Preller square steers is very rude , I ordered a plain cone but in a cup and they miss understood what I meant ,wich to me sounds like quite a simple order, However let's agree on I miss pronounced it because I mentioned "cone" in a "cup" however I apologized for the mistake but the lady immediately got angry and told me I should speak correctly with a very unexpected attitude so they refunded me because they charged for a cone and a cup however she only wanted to give me the cone lol Very unprofessional. I won't be visiting that specific steers again even if it means I have to drive 20km to the next steers. All this over a ice-cream guys seriously. Maybe she was just having a bad day but if you work in a client related environment I suggest you learn how to treat everyone with kindness and leave the attitude at home like we all have to do when...

I've been ordering online for the past few months, and theres one particular driver whom ive grown fond of. He said hes name is Quinton if im not mistaken and truly speaking I want to commend steers on that young man. His energy, his demeanor towards a customer is beautiful. What wonderful service. My fiance and I came there last week, I think it was Friday night. We unfortunately did not realize how late it was though. We walked in and started looking at the menu. The cashier politely informed us that they had actually just closed. We asked if they could still do one more small order. Just two burger meals.
