Steers Engen Curie Park — Restaurant in Free State

24/04/24 - Even though I ordered an hour before pickup I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my burgers. And then I receive these 2 sorry excuses with samples of chicken on them as chicken burgers. Nothing has improved over the years at this place.

It doesn't seem like the staff knows what they are doing. They made the milkshakes first, letting it sit on the warm counter for 15min waiting for the burgers and chips. First they missed the batch of patties that came off the grill, used almost everything for other burgers (of customers that was behind me) while only making 2 of my 4 burgers. Then they handed out "my" chips and 1 of the milkshakes because I have to wait longer for new batch of patties for my other 2 burgers to be completed. Only so that I have to wait for chips and a milkshake once the next batch of patties finally came off. When I asked them about the chips I received the famous "sho sho sho" reply instead of a...

This was the second time me and my partner bought food at this steers and today we both have food poisoning... We did not even order the same food but are both in pain today, the food was good but what came after it was awful and I would not wish...

When we walked into Steers, there must have been 20 people inside, we hesitated as we thought we'd be there forever. But the staff were fast, friendly and efficient and we were on our way in no time. The toasted bacon and egg sandwiches...
