Burger Bistro Pierneef — Restaurant in Gauteng

before I decided to go there I went through the reviews and it was good ...so i phoned and ask if I hade to book for 7 30 to 8 was told no just come and i also mention that it's my godchild and girlfriends birthday on th 10th a Thursday night..got ourself dressed up and took a bolt to the restaurant...we walk in not one waiter or manager ask if they can assist us ..so we turned around and go and sit on the veranda...waiter came with menus but at the same time was told we need to order fast cause kitchen closed at 8.. ok we went through the menu with a rush to order food and drink arived some people left one other table stay.. we ate but the whole time the staff was looking at us with those type of faces (please hurry up forcing us to take doggy bags. and we haven't even got fogs at home)k so the bring tge bill I pay ow I am trying to get bolt ..bolt buzzy a waiter not the one that helped us came to the table ..telling us they accommodate us long enough they are closing we must evacuate the tables I told him we waiting for bolt he said he need to closed the tables inside tge shop.we must go and wait in the street ..I just wonder if this is a norm or is it cause both my daughter and my girlfriend are black..what was suppose to be a memorial evening for 2 birthday girl being...

Have been getting take aways consistently for years . Last sat in a few years back . Not sure if we just chose an off day or if level has slipped as they focus on take away orders . 4 items on the menu we ordered we out of stock . Staff were definitely over worked and short . Service was slow . Good took a little long but could be perception as the take aways I’ve ordered came quicker than sitting in . Smoke from open kitchen fills up interior seating space making in unpleasant and music was way too loud . Will be back - as a take away customer - as the burgers are still yum . And the milk shakes . Can’t say they do a good cocktail though . Mixed bag . But...
