TLDR; the my forgot multiple items, AND then manager on shift said I can’t be compensated either, regardless of acknowledging the inaccuracy and inconvenience caused by my happening to choose that BK today. For a new spot, and everything I wanted listed on the slip, I’m truly disappointed.

I recently visited the new Burger King near my house, the newest and closest to me. As someone who’s used their app for the first time, I was looking forward to the convenience. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. They forgot to include the fries in my order, and when I went back to get them, the manager acknowledged the mistake but couldn’t offer any compensation. From her side she said it’s a BK policy.
To add insult to injury, when I got home, I realised they also forgot the barbecue sauce for the chicken tenders. While I understand I should have checked the order more carefully, it’s frustrating that I now have to spend even more time to address these issues. And still not have sauce.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently ordered a Nutella Fusion ice cream, and what I received was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable.
Instead of the usual Nutella Fusion, which typically includes visible scoops of Nutella layered or swirled with the ice cream . I was given something completely mixed together, which looked unappetizing and was nothing like what is usually advertised or expected.
When I politely questioned the staff member who served me, she insisted that this is how it’s meant to be made, despite my explanation that it’s not. She argued with me rather than listening to the concern, which made the experience even more frustrating.
This is not the standard I associate with Burger King, and I would appreciate it if this issue could be looked into both in terms of how the product is being prepared and how customer concerns are handled.

Read moreDon’t waste your time, energy, money, or the calories. A simple order of five Whoppers and five fries turned into a frustrating ordeal. The staff were insistent that one burger was meant to have no garnish, though I never ordered it that way.
After finally receiving our food and bringing it home, we discovered a burger was missing. When I returned to resolve the issue, the staff claimed I was mistaken. I waited while the manager and staff debated amongst themselves about the no garnish burger, something I had never requested.
Eventually another staff member handed me a replacement burger, but by then the experience had been thoroughly ruined. The food was cold, and the meat lacked any flavour whatsoever.
