Pizza Hut Dainfern — Restaurant in Gauteng

Dainfern branch is consistent with their bad service. They have mixed up my order even though I went to the store to order and when I went to pick it up, I was handed a meat pizza when I ordered vegetarian. They promised to deliver to my kids who were looking forward to a pizza trear, only to send the same meat order again, I had to send the delivery man back. Today, no online order was reflecting on their side, even though I ordered a full 45 minutes before I got to the till. The lady behind the counter insisted I must have ordered from somewhere else. I had to show her my phone to confirm the online order, thank god I hadn't ordered at on desktop. With no urgency, she said I should place my order again... this is VERY annoying when you have starving kids so excited to pick up their pizza. Dainfern pizza hut is the terrible and I wonder if their owner knows how bad their service is. I've tried to order from Cedar sq but they can't...

And that is being kind. Dont use Mr Delivery or Pizza Hut Dainfern. Last week my son ordered a margarita pizza through Mr Delivery from Pizza Hut Dainfern and as their pizza doesnt come automatically with tomato sauce he requested it. It arrived with no tomato sauce and I raised a complaint and requested a replacement pizza. Mr D kept sending me a voucher so I must spend more money to get what my son ordered and I had requested a replacement. I have been chasing this for days and they tell me they can only send a replacement on the same day which I requested on the day and now requested a full refund as my son never ate it and went to bed on a sandwich. Mr D now keep telling me I got what deliverd and a voucher for the missing sauce. Really??????? I never got what was ordered and so I want my money back. They refuse. Dont use them. Has to be the worst experience you will ever have. You ask where is your order after 20 minutes , they walk away and continue like you do not exist. When i raised this the person next to me ask "did they do that to you too?". Orders are always slow as staff walk at a snails pace, look like they doing you a favour or you disturbing them whilst you wait to order and they sun bathe for an hour. Has to be the worst Pizza Hut (and take away) you will ever see. Ps: Numerous complains seem to fall...
