Burger King Meyersdal (Drive-Thru) — Restaurant in Gauteng

Just a poor experience. The cashier was horribly rude. I purchased 2 meals that come with the free refill and then a seperate drink refillable with an item on the menu that doesn't come as a meal. I was only given 2 cups. I asked if it should not be 3. The lady snatches my slip from my hand to inspect it and then gives me another cup. Just crazy. She just rang it up. Only two other tables occupied in the restaurant. When our order is ready she starts shouting the order number repeatedly. I didn't have my slip in front of me, but she stands in front of my table and shouts the number. She very well knew it was my order. Same lady. Also when she went through to the toilet section later on she proceeded to have a conversation with someone in the kitchen and shouted as she went. With people sitting eating right there. The service was absolutely terrible... waited like 20minutes just to pay for our food at the drive through... the screen of where you need to order does not work and you cannot see the price. We had to repeat our order 6 times to staff to ensure we get the right food. We were informed that the machine that makes the patties for the burger were broken so we were forced to order chicken burgers. To be honest with you I really did not enjoy the chicken burger at all... it was absolutely tasteless🤢🤮 From my point of few this is absolutely poor service by this Burger King branch at Meyersdal and management should intervene😡 You cannot run an operation supply chain so slow and with broken equipment in a 21st century with autonomous technology. Last night after a very tough day, My husband and I decided to get burger king. He ordered a BBQ item which takes longer to cook so we were told to wait. After waiting for 20minutes (being told 5minutes), our Mirinda was basically syrup and my Chicken with cheese came with just the buns and a piece of chicken (no cheese, sauce or lettuce). It was a fat joke to them that they took so long and still didn’t get the order right. This is our third time trying out this Burger King and will not be retuning.
