Burger King Parkdene (Drive-Thru) — Restaurant in Gauteng

Was really excited to try this new Burger King around the corner from us but was so disappointed order a share meal and kiddies nugget meal via Mr Delivery, took forever to arrive and when it arrived they did not pack the kiddies nuggets. There is no number to dial and Mr Delivery can only refund the missing items so had to order again and pay delivery and tip again! Super bad service for a New shop! Bad rating already!

Ok so ordered same afternoon again after the mess above so my kid can get their meal had to order something with as it was under R100 so order mozzarella sticks asked the delivery guy to check before he left they assured him everything was packed, order came and mozzarella sticks was not packed and kids toy was not packed. Also got a random king burger in pack that I did nit order. Called manager at store she just says “O just come back and collect it.” But driver does not get compensated for the back and forth at all. So again Mr delivery had to refund me! Food was bad had big pieces of lettuce and very thick onions on burgers and chips was old and cool drinks had no ice in them! MANAGER DOES NOT KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN THE STORE AND STORE IS A MESS WHEN IT COMES TO PACKING ORDERS!!!

Will never order from this store again! Like ai said reputation of this store is very bad for a store that has...

"I recently visited the Burger King at Parkdene and had a fantastic experience!The service was friendly,fast,and attentive. My whopper was hot,fresh and tasted amazing. the flavor was spot on!The staff were helpful,courteous,and made sure,had everything I needed. The restaurant was clean ,tidy,and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend this location and will be back for more .The atmosphere was welcoming,and I loved the convenient location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I had a lot order n I was on a rush to work but the assistant lady told me that my order will take maybe 10mns ,I waited no even more than that my order was ready 💃🤗 .one thing I notice is that the was a shortage of staff n thy were under pressure but the staff was keeping on smilling shame 🙏♥️ also the restaurant was neat and clean .I go to the bathroom mara why ?Parkdene u hv two toilet 🤣🤣🤣 but then u will find it every time clean n smelling good ,anyway I don't warn lie yr the packaging of my order was 👌♥️n fresh ♥️💓 Keep it up the good work...
