Golden Pines Spur — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am usually reluctant to try out newly opened restaurants, but decided to try this one. The service, speed, delivery and quality of food did not disappoint and upheld the reputation of thd brand. The ambience however needs a fair amount of work. My table was situated under an airconditioned unit set to cold with outside temperature at 13 degrees. My food was cold before I could finish my meal and the butter provided with my toast was near impossible to spread. So while the food was great, it was not at all a pleasant dining experience. Despite having reviewed 3 telephone calla from this outlet, they still have much to learn about after care service, resolving complaints and general customer retention. This is a new branch, one of the smaller restaurants I've been to and on a "schoolnight", so pretty quiet. Service was outstanding, super friendly staff, extremely neat (incl. restrooms), very nice indoor play area and the food preparation was superb.
