KFC Parkdene Hyper — Restaurant in Gauteng

Hi I must say I was sooo disappointed in the quality of the food on Saturday. The picture you advertise for the strips and dip was not at all what they looked like definitely not the expected kfc taste. Also we asked for plain and it was all mixed between plain and spicy. I am not talking about the layout as I understand they ran out of boxes and that was fine. The colonel burger Patties were flat and hard and tasteless. We don’t do take aways often but this is not what I remembered kfc to be and was shocked at the quality of the food and the strips especially. I so looked forward to what they used to be from what I remembered and of course no honey and mustard dip was supplied. I won’t be rushing back again...

Ordered the strips feast deluxe via drive thru on 09/10/2025. I specifically asked for thighs and drumsticks for the chicken pieces, to which they agreed. After paying I was told they didn't have enough original recipe strips and will have to replace with zinger strips. After waiting for a while I got my order. The mistake I made was not checking it right away. I was given the wrong pieces, and only one dip for my order. Unfortunately it wasn't the 1st time I had such an experience. The reviews I read about this KFC are also questionable. Very disappointing, ...

Really horrible service we waited in the drive thru for 35 Min when we got at the last window they wanted us to pay for food we didn't order, they said they will fix our order we waited in the parking for 1 hour just to get our food tossed in a box and cold with the whole box full of dust and oil fingerprints , I am really disappointed and disgusted there was also a fight inside in the queue with customers getting irritated of waiting for hours , this place will never...
