Debonairs Pizza Bram Fischer — Restaurant in Gauteng

What a pleasure dealing with this branch, from order to delivery was a mere 20 minutes. Delivery guy was extremely friendly and patient, the lady that took my order was helpful and didn't rush me into an order. Pleasant experience definitely fast and food was fantastic as well. I ordered the 2x large for R139 and it reached me hot and was very tasty well done guys keep up...

Ordered pizza for delivery in the afternoon, scheduled it for 19h45.

Get notification that the pizza is on its way and will be delivered at 19h51.

20h10 no pizza, but the app says it has been delivered.

Called the store, got through to the call center, they said they would find out what is happening. 15 minutes later still nothing.

Shocking service, and not the first...

So I have been buying from these guys for years. Exactly one week ago I ordered the double special from Bram Fischer branch. When I got my order I sat down to enjoy only to find that the topping were there no cheese at all. Tried to call only to be ignored. Had to go to them and I got my refund. I will not support Debonairs again. That is my opinion which I am sure...
