I ordered a triple decker with 1.5l free cold drink. I wanted a fanta orange the cashier said they only have coke zero. Then I saw the slip is not the favour I ordered, then I asked is that the one I ordered, her response is keep shouting at me "sit down", after a while the other customer got a 1.5l fanta orange from them. I asked why he has the fanta but I don't. She insisted that is a 2l, not 1.5l. Then I argued with her and demanded to see the manager. Then the manager said she offered me the other favours. So, is that because you have no enough shocks for your special then I have to accept anything you offered? Don't forget I actually paid for the pizza and the cold drink, I am not begging for your kindness. The attitude and the service is pathetic, don't mention that I am a regular customer for over 10 years. If I can choose for the other branches as a walking distance I wish I will never...

The person at the till, is licking her fingers in front of customers and that’s disgusting. The lady in the kitchens with specs, has her finger all in her ear and touches food after that. Ladies!!! Come on, that’s disgusting!! You are dealing with food for crying out loud!!! You can’t be busy scratching your hair, sit and balance on outside dustbins and run straight to food, blow chappies in front of your customer’s food. Respect your customers, please!!! I had such a disgusting experience, waiting for my food, how does one even eat their pizza after witnessing all this in a space...

On 3 occasions bad service the owner Adheel can't even respond to the bad service. 1st time I had a metal piece baked in the Sub, 2nd time I order veg pizza and I got a piece of chicken on it. 3rd time I placed an order at 5.40pm and got it at 7.20pm, and just to the the 1st bite and the pineapple was sour. All they do is apologise, but will not change. Use the Sandton or Greenside branch, no issues. They are really bringing the franchise name down, Randburg you are a disgrace, they also needs a health inspector there, and I will ensure of that, you can't sell...
