on Friday Night (01.07.2016) I placed an order for delivery at 18h55 for two subs. I was informed that there would be a 55 minute wait, which I accepted. By 20H00 I still had not received our order. I left it for a few more minutes and then started phoning. After numerous unsuccessful calls to the "call centre", I eventually cancelled my order at 20h30, 95 minutes after I had placed the order and 35 minutes after the expected time of delivery. As soon as I cancelled, I heard the motorbike so we decided to take and pay for the order. BIG MISTAKE..... our food was cold!!!!!

I am so disappointed in your service. i can understand that the shop was very busy, however, be truthful up front as to time of delivery and then to deliver cold food!!!

This will be the last time that we but anything from Debonairs.....will rather go to Roman's...

I must say this Debonairs put me off Debonairs for life ! First of all I ordered a pizza with extra Cheese and there was definately no extra cheese just dry pizza with not even alot of tomato Base ! R19 90 for extra Cheese when there was no extra Cheese ! What a RIP OFF ! I certainly won't being going back nearly R 200 for Pizzas that where not even nice !...

Horrible Food . Dry and no sauce. Waited over 1 hour for a delivery and wasn’t even give an apology when driver arrived just gave an excuse of load shedding! , wow when trying to contact the dowerglen shop last night phone goes to voice mail. If you want a great meal and great service order anywhere but dowerglen time rushers no passion...
