Absolutely dreadful experience here. Although the ladies on-site were delightful the owner was clearly just hustling. Completely messed up our booking and some of our couples had to shift to other accommodation up the road. Not acceptable at all. Also lots of little room snags, broken shower doors, open plugs, room doors didn’t lock. Definitely won’t be back . Maybe in its day it was the Jewel of Jozi but...
