Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

Hi I had my daughter call Debonairs Lenasia South yesterday at 18H20 to place an order for delivery. She gave the order to Lerato and even spells out our street address. We were told 45 minutes for the delivery of our order. One hour later we called again and spoke to the manager Andile who says the order is on its way give them another 10 to 15 minutes. At 19H50 called back and was told by Andile he will check with the driver and call me back. Just then driver calls and says he came to my place and a old lady told him he is at the wrong house. Basically he went to the wrong address and instead of phoning me from there, he goes back to the shop to call me. I canceled my order with them because I called another take away, which said they will bring my order in 20 minutes, which they did. Debonairs Lenasia South should get competent people to work for them and maybe they will get somewhere. Told all this to the manager Andile who said he will go and listen to the recording and get back to me. It's now 28th February 2022 @ 17H52 that I am writing this review and he has not come back to me. Pathetic service from Debonairs...

I recently ordered online for collection, the shop was horribly filthy the staff was not friendly and unprofessional, I also took note of something disturbing one of the kitchen staff members was controlling the door access as it was almost closing time after operating the front door he then went into the kitchen and continued working with the food without having sanitised his hands. What was even more disturbing while eating my vegetarian pizza I found a piece of chicken in the box, this is very alarming as this indicates lack of care from the staff preparing the food as well as using all the same equipment(pizza cutters... Etc) on their vegetarian food allowing for cross contamination. This hasn't been my first bad experience with this store and after complaining to the actual store on multiple occasions one receives absolutely...

Why am I not surprised! In less than a month i am still experiencing the most appalling service from the Lenasia South Franchise! It was Steers, now Debonairs sleeping on my order! The Supervisors gave me a lot of crappy feedback on reasons why my order did not arrive the last time, now all I hear is “sorry the driver is out with your order” but where? I placed an order at 17:32 and it’s now 18:55 as I am typing and nothing? This franchise needs to shut its doors cause this is not free food or delivery! We are paying but treated like we are getting food from a feeding scheme! See me no more! I will drive to Trade...
