I placed my order at 18:43, 13/12/2024. Was told it will take 45 minutes for delivery. Granted it’s a Friday over a long weekend so I give them the benefit of the doubt. At 8 pm I call to follow up as I have not received my order yet. Feedback, the driver has just left and you will receive your orders shortly. It’s now 9 pm and I haven’t received my order, 2nd follow call. Only to be told, the driver can’t deliver your order because there is a roadblock. The drivers are undocumented and are scared for being stopped by cops. I was made to wait for over 8min to speak to the manager. Who refuses to take the call but I could hear him in the background saying that he’s not going to speak to me and I must come collect my food. Every time I order I have an issue with my delivery or the quality of the food. I wonder if Steers SA is aware of what is happening at Steers Lenasia South? The worst place to order from with...

I am utterly disgusted by Fishaways Lenasia South. I made an order at 17:30 and estimated delivery time was 45 min its over an hour and a half now waiting for order. In the app it states that order has been delivered and I have not recieved it.. that is how it misleads its customers, to portray efficient service delivery . I have been calling for the 6th time and lady by the name of Yandi responds and refers me to another line and I get cut off and what makes me upset is she is inside the shop why cant she do a followup instead of taking me back and forth . I have placed an online order at 1:50pm and only received my order an hour and 20 min later at 3:10pm. I then realized they had delivered Coke Zero instead of coke. I called at 3:13pm and they have advised that they will send someone with the correct item. I then called an hour and 10min after (4:33pm) to enquire about the cold drink and the lady had advised that the matter will be escalated to the manager. It is now 5:25pm and still nothing.
