still no response from Steers even after I was asked to submit my details.... very bad on their part.
I am so disappointed with this Steers and will definitely not be ordering anything again, on Friday my Husband and I ordered from them and was told food will be delivered in 30 to 40 minutes, our food was delivered 2 and half hours later and every time we called to speak to someone we were cut off or put on hold forever. when my Husband had managed to speak to someone they we not very friendly and acted as if they cannot understand. he asked to speak to a manager and then was told the manager will call us back but no one ever did, I cooked food before the driver came with our supper. very bad service. this has not happened the first time to me and yet I gave them another chance, but sorry to say I will not be making that same mistake. we sent the food back and no one from the store even called to apologize. very disturbing to see the level of...
Read moreI am appalled with the service I received yesterday. I placed an order at 18:36 and made a follow up after an hour as I had to collect my order at one stage due to my order not delivered by Debonairs. The driver did not bring my order from Steers avoiding the roadblock because he is undocumented but lied and said he was almost robbed at the entrance hence he turned back. I drove to meet him halfway but he still did not arrive even after the cashier kept on asking him to deliver my order. No order arrived and had a back and forth with this driver till 21:03. This is the worst experience by far offered by the Franchise.
Thank you Lindiwe for all your efforts in trying to resolve this. I myself could have been hijacked waiting for a mere order that costs R300.
