Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

Im not happy with the lady I found at debonairs...someone had paid for my pizza and I came to collect it 45 min later ..I found this lady I greeted her and she didnt respond she didnt even look into my face she kept on doing whatever she was doing at the point of sale...I waited probably 5min I then told her I came to collect..while she was still busy with whatever she was doing her response was "im still busy"...I have never felt so unappreciated as a customer while the order was made long ago and there was no one in store I was the only person and my order was right at the back of her but she couldn't give my order and continue what she was doing....Her attitude will bring down your sales honestly!! You cannot keep such stuff in your company after being disrespected by the stuff I also had to eat a pizza that wasn't well made...you cant even pick up a slice because it falls over and the sauce on the other side being too much...im not happy with Yeoville debonairs pizza...

I am very cautious when it comes to how I spend my money.I went to buy pizza,asked for the one worth R30 and the cashier said it is not there but there is the one for R50and only to find out when she gives us that it's small in size telling me that the toppings makes it to be R50 when I asked.I am so disappointed because I was only told when they gave me the pizza no one explained to me that the pizza was the small size and toppings would add up to R50 and the toppings they added I do not eat them.I didnt even ask for the toppings i only said i want beef...

Your delivery services are very very poor. Your driver could not bring my order on time. How can preparing a very small pizza and delivering it from Yeoville to Wits university take 3 hours? You have lost me as a customer because of this nonsense. To anyone, don't buy from this pizza store again as you can see all the grievances from customers buying from this store. And don't listen to their "we'll look into it" story because if they did, people wouldn't be complaining. You would be foolish to not...
