Read moreI am so not impressed with the debonair service my sister and I placed an order on Saturday the 28th at 17h30pm we live in Naledi and our nearest place debonair is Jabulani mall, They called us informed us the order would arrive in 2hours... 2hours layers there's nothing... we tried calling the store and their call centre nothing we stayed on hold and then the line got disconnected they informed us they are unable to assist. I mean what kind of service is this you have a delivery service but you don't deliver the best they could have done was let us know they not gonna make the order.. we waited with the kids for food that didn't come...
Read moreThis is not the first time that i have this kinda problem with debonairs pizza jabulani mall , i have never seen such incompetency , from waiting for two hours for your order to them giving you excuses( over the phone ) about them not receiving your address , which you wrote on the app of course, to their driver giving excuses about them not carrying phone , that they don't give them airtimes , they shout at you !😠 ...and finally when you get your pizza , its not what you ordered , bravo !!!
