Steers — Restaurant in Gauteng

Customer service was bad . I ordered online and payment method chose card payment on delivery and then 2 hours later received a call from one of the drivers telling me they dont have speed point and i should have cash or do ewallet, explained to him that i do not have cash but if he gives me an account i can do immediate payment since im using capitec and not fnb. He was rude and doesnt know customer service at all. Im very dissappointed at the service i got . Why have card payment as option knowing the store does not have the speed point and why tell me 2 hours later cos i could have ordered somewhere else. Black people and their service very poor . Im not happy at all. After all this drama i wanna say big ups to the mananger for handling...

I went to the store to get a wacky Wednesday service was ok but I got angry of a staff member that went to the back to assist cause it was busy with no hair not on why do we get this poor services in the black community maar this is Steers jabulani mall with his dirty dreads...

I am giving it one star because I am not happy with my order , I ordered a double rack ..I don't know whether those were bones or ribs ..the fries had that taste of burnt food , i am not happy at all with the double rack I ordered at steers that is located at...
