I love their food, the peri-mayo chicken burger is a favourite for me. My 5-year old son loves their chicken strips and their drinks are really amazing.

Service can be quite slow when sitting down and the food does take some time to prepare and the pizzas are expensive and small, but they taste great.

Unfortunately, I will never order and pay online again for delivery. I paid for a kiddies meal combo for my son, which includes a juice and a toy. The juice and toy was not delivered although I paid for it.

UPDATE: (11 Feb 2025) They really went out of their way to contact me and when I was unable to answer the phone, they sent me a message to apologize for the items not delivered and offered to correct this. I'm very surprised and pleased and it is very good service from them to make contact.

Their food and drinks are amazing, but rather go for a sit-down meal when you have enough time to wait for your order.

In the end, I still love my peri-mayo...

What shocking service. From the moment we sat down the service was shocking, waiter could not get a simple order of lemonade with the kola tonic on the side, he messed this up 3 times. We first ordered out 10 year old daughters food and pointed on the menu to the Mac bolognaise, the waiter had ordered Mac and cheese, we sent this back and asked for the bill. The Manager brought us the billed where I informed him his waiter is a problem as he does not listen or pay attention. I pointed to the Mac bolognaise on the menu and informed this is how and what we ordered and was informed that he mistook it for the Mac and cheese, how I asked, he said he will always back his staff. Hey I'm all for backing staff but when a staff member can't get theses simple things right I told the Manger he is the problem if he wants to back his staff on bad service delivery.

Del Forno, Moreleta is what I can describe as a rarity in terms of experience, quality and care. This restaurant offers everything the main brand offers but so much more. The staff are always friendly, people appreciate their jobs and you can see it in their performance and attitude. The food is excellent and I've found myself go back for more on a weekly or fortnightly basis, simply because the prices offer quality and their is a great emphasis on portion. Their menu is also stacked with variety and interesting dishes!

This place is a hidden gem in a sleepy town with kind staff who always make you feel welcome and owners with discernability to understand what customers need not only in general but also pricewise.

Do yourself a favour and order their breakfast special, it's agreat way to start the day and it comes with a coffee as well.
