Just stayed here for 3 nights business travel from Dubai. The guesthouse is in a lovely secure area, room was big & bright, lots of windows, coffee & tea & rusks, fridge, large comfortable bed & a big bathroom with a good shower. The owners are on the ball having been one of the only guest houses in the area to have invested in a back up generator to enable guests to still have access to power & WiFi during the power sharing (mains electric power shut downs 2hr) periods. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of eggs, bacon, sausage & toast as well as fresh fruit & coffee. Fantastic hospitality from the owners Nelia & Koos who have owned the place for 20yrs. I highly advise those traveling to stay here, you won’t get much better...

In comparison to other guest houses and B&B's I have used in Cape, KZN and Gauteng it is not in the same class. And some of the other places are cheaper too.||||I must admit that the owner is very pleasant and assisted us bu moving us for the 2nd night to the noise created by the guests next doodr to us. Thanks very much for that. Read moreI'm always try to get my room at Oxnead Guest House if I'm in Pretoria for business. It's quite and relaxing, the bed are very comfortable and the rooms are clean.||The owner always kind and helpfull. I was worried about the air conditioner but the fan was in half for me. The rates also are very convenient. The place it's close to Menlyn, Woodland and Parkview, all the nice restaurant are around, safe to drive in the night and if you don't feel go out a good take away delivery are in the area!
