Stopped going there about 3 years ago when they changed management and there was this rude man-bunned dude with a missing tooth. Tried it again last week to see if it's gotten better, but no, that snotty guy whose name is Jean-Marc or something pretentious like that is still there and told my child he's too fat to be on the jumping castle and just walked away when I confronted him. My wife was coming out the bathroom at the time and when she past the kitchen she heard him talking to waiters and he said I love it when customers try and fail to challenge me.

Seems like there's a toxic environment there with small people thinking because they work there with a little power they own the place and every customer disappointment is a victory for them. But they forget who pays the bills there....

Had my daughter's 10th birthday party at German Club on Sunday. The entire day was absolutely wonderful. Laine and Ty set up beautiful table settings for us which was lovely making the party look special and the platters were delicious. The service from the start of planning from Dazz was just a breeze and easy to prepare. She was super helpful and gave me fantastic ideas for the party. Jean-Marc was fantastic and made sure we were sorted for the whole day. A massive shout out to our waiter Ty who handled or 40+ guests with ease and super fast service with a big friendly smile on his face.
