KAUAI Bassonia — Restaurant in Gauteng

Poor food quality. Glenvista is under renovation, I drove all the way out to get supper from that Kauai and the food was prepared so poorly. All the ingredients from the Salsa were missing except for chopped tomatoes. Not to mention, the Prince wrap is usually such a good option, but this time, it had like 3 strip of steak and the wrap was completely flat. I visit and gym at various other virgin active clubs, and all those that have Kauai's, have always kept to the same quality and standard. I just read the reviews now and it seems like this is what the Bassonia branch is known form poor food quality and poor food preparation. Going to take this further...

Just bought 2 x steak and avo quasidella wraps from Bassonia Kauai. How awful 😖 This thing is so full of jalapeños- which was not on the description!! I cannot eat HOT things🤬🤬🤬🤬 Secondly take a look at the pic. WHERE IN HELLS NAME IS THE AVO??? THIS AWFUL BLADY EXCUSE FOR A WRAP HAS MORE JALAPEÑOS THAN AVOS???

I wanted to make my own wrap as my husband is gluten and lactose intolerant but the lady at the counter said it wasn’t possibly, where at all the other stores have no problem doing this. So I had the choose a wrap and remove 80% of the ingredients and therefore got a wrap that was 1/2 the size and they still got the ingredients wrong.
