KFC Ballyclare — Restaurant in Gauteng

i had to through away my meal only coke zero i had to drink. The meat was rotten even left smell on my fingers. The service is very bad , manager does not understand the principle of customer service. Sad enough we also work with customer and very painful as you know how to be treated . my manager got replacement of wings bought and was told that no flies at their shop but funny they were rotten. I will never ever go and buy food at this franchise. Please give the manager of this branch training on how to deal with customer .being at the kitchen cooking or frying chicken does not make you better manager. Since two weeks back the meet is not healthy but rotten. Just getting out of the door of this franchise ,flies follows you to share the meal with you. I feel sorry for those who can not talk. I ordered bucket for one and the chips had hair on it, they changed these for me. Then I decided to sit and get some work on my laptop done since it was morning and relatively quiet. The ladies decided to blast on some pop and dance music 30 mins in. I was the only customer in the store and clearly wore my headphones showing that I was working, no consideration for me. The flies are a problem everywhere in Johannesburg right now, but I had three of them beat me to enjoying my bucket for one.

Putting one star as a rating is even better, in my opinion they should just get o stars. Since two weeks back their meat has been off and attracting flies the minute you open the box, today we found fly Poe's in the minute and when we went to show them they only refunded/exchanged for those they know.
