KFC Springsgate — Restaurant in Gauteng

Ordered using the self service screen, then paid with a card..... Money was deducted on my account but the machine gave out the declined slip. I then went to the counter....told the cashier and asked her if I can order by her at the counter there..... She told me that she only accepts cash and not card payment. I had to go to the ATM to withdraw cash and come back to order and pay with cash. To my surprise I saw someone paying with a card using a mobile card machine..... I then asked for the manager. The manager told me that I can be able to pay with a card on the counter.... I was furious but contained myself as the manager called that lady who refused to help me with a card. Manager asked that lady to apologize...... She didn't. To my surprise ...all the staff including the manager are not wearing their...

Walked in at around 22:20 on the 28.04.2023 greet the staff and they just carried on With their conversation as if we were not there luckily I was with my kids and they ordered using the screens..but the staff was not even interested in the fact that customers walked in. We eventually got our order only to find cold dry chips inside..not edible at all. Some guy also walked in while we there..at this point there was a staff member sitting next to us..while there was no one at the front desk/till. She was not even bothered..didn't even show the guy he could order from those smart thingies. She just looked at him. The stuff at that KFC truly does not care or know what customer service...

I am done with Springsgate KFC. This is the 3rd time getting chicken that taste funny. Ordered SW3, got home, ate the wings. Tastes funny. Thought it might just be the wing. Bit into the thigh, but spat out immediately, chicken doesn't seem properly cooked and also with unsual taste. Didn't even wanted to touch the side breast. I was always a big fan of KFC, but their standards have declined dramatically. Wanted to exchange but not worth driving 10km back and forth for probably the same chicken pieces. Switching to Chicken Licken. Much better...
