KFC Zambezi Junction — Restaurant in Gauteng

It took me a while to report with multiple incidents with unprofessional staff, who always ask to park and wait for their food. Staff is never friendly.However, tonight was the final straw! I spent 42 minutes in the drive-thru, only to find out there was no ice cream. There was no sign indicating this. When I ordered, the staff curtly said, "Sorry, NO ICE CREAM." I continued to wait and asked to speak to the manager. When I finally spoke to her, she apologized and said the machine broke yesterday morning. I asked why there was no sign for two days, wasting people's time in the queue, but received no explanation. When I mentioned I was recording, she changed her story, saying she realized earlier that there was no ice cream because the machine wasn't working. She openly lied in my face! When I asked again why they didn't inform customers before they entered the long queue, she laughed in my face as if it was a joke. When I asked why she was laughing, she just said, "Sorry." This is blatant disrespect and poor service at KFC Zambezi...

Let's start with the food. The food is really good, love it. I usually visit this store around 8pm - 9pm, more than an hour before they close, and I promise you I can never get what I went there to buy, most of the items on their manu is never available, they are either out of filets, meaning I can't order burgers or twisters. Sometime they are out of chicken, and I'm told I have to wait 15-20, which defeats the whole point of a drive through.

The service Thier service is decent, most of their stuff is friendly, but there is this one lady. That lady is extremely rude, she's impatient, she keeps sighing when you're placing an order, like I'm wasting her time, and this is through the drive through intercoms, I know her name, I just won't mention it on a public review.

Atmosphere The place is really clean, the many times I've visited, it's always looked clean and well kept. Floors are spotless and...

I visited this K.F.C. a couple of years ago ,and received poor....no ,very poor service. The staff did'nt really want to help me, and in general everthing was slow. Today I returned to buy a 10 piece family treat and a colonal meal. I was the only one in the shop at that stage. While I was waiting, several other people entered and placed their orders. I placed another order for a large chips. There were 3 orders placed after my first order ,and my chips order,and one more after that. I received my order very last,in other words, I was the last to get my meals....both of them!! When I confronted the staff and the manager,nobody could give me any answer why this happened,they only applogised......but no explanation. I am sick and tiered of being treated like this ,so I will not be supporting KFC Zambezi...
