I visited this restaurant over lunchtime. I was the only patron there and ordered a prego roll, but unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The meat was so tough and dry it was inedible. When I brought this to the owner's attention and asked him to try it, he insisted there was nothing wrong and didn't offer an alternative. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned I wouldn't return, he responded with "Yes, please don't come back." Such a dismissive attitude toward customers is unacceptable. My husband and myself manage a lodge and rarely get to go out for a meal. We spoilt ourselves with a lunch at Villa Portuguese Zambezi Junction and were sorely disappointed. My husband ordered a beef Prego roll and got a over cooked beef burger on a dry bun. I ordered the Baked Bringal which was very liquidy and minced meat was mixed with sauce and very sloppy and rather tasteless.
