Sunday Morning, 9AM I placed an order of 11 meals. Staff should be on their A game always, if not especially only at 9AM.
I would think an 11 meal order would be paid attention to as there is potential to receive multiple large orders such as this one multiple times - IF the order had been delivered correctly.
However, there was clearly no attention paid to detail regarding this order. Please refer to the receipt which I have attached to this review, which was purely neglected.
The mega McMuffin was not received at all, the hot chocolate did not come at all, not even just a coffee in its place, those two items were completely left out of the order.
On top of that the coffee that came with the sausage McMuffin was spilled, it was literally less that half. The sausage McMuffin itself was RAW.
The cold dinks were not filled to the top, they were also literally less than half.
The one Mc chicken was ordered with extra cheese and an extra beef patty. However, no extra cheese and no beef patty.
Seriously??? Is that already 4 missing items from my order on top of damaged items? And a raw patty?

After waiting patiently for nearly an hour, I went to the collection counter at 19:15 to check on our order. One staff member completely ignored me, and another barely glanced at my slip before saying, “It’s not ready.” I think her name was Thabile or Thabisile.She didn’t even check how long I’d been waiting or make any effort to follow up.
By 19:30, I was restless, my kids were hungry, and we were still waiting. I went back again, and this time a staff member named Ntabeleng assisted me. She was the only person who acknowledged the delay and explained that the previous staff member should have checked the time on my receipt and helped me.

We phoned McDonald's, they said they will follow up and get back to me. Mcdonald's never phoned back. We drove to McDonald's. At McDonald's Hour and a half later, James from Uber eats standing there, said the food is in his car, we did apperantly never responded to his call... he never called.
