Parked the car Arrived at 10:15 pm Saturday night to get a quick bite and use the toilet.
I was stopped in the parking lot right before entering the outside dining area walking to the door and was harrased by a security guard saying they are closed and he would not let me enter at the door with him scraping at my body to not go any further to get to the door.... I told him to let me go and leave me alone.
After I knocked at the door a lady screamed out of a side window we are closed refusing any clarity as to why... when I've asked to speak to someone in charge she said no and does not care I can Google they are closed.
So I was harrased by a security guard and with an Opperator refusing service inside of the restaurant not following any form of structure or policy and refusing their names also with no clear contact to report the happenings.
With signs clearly stating 24 hours and no sub subscription stating details.
Totally unreal this place is redicoulous and unprofessional.
You won't be seeing my family ever again at your establishment and I will do whatever is needed to warn people of this place because if we do order at that place I would not feel that my food will be safe to consume either.
The owner and management should catch a wake up as you are totally unprofessional and clearly not operating according to policies and clearly need super standard employees and all new as they do not know how to do their job nor the knowing how to treat an average consumer and to follow any form of structure.
There is no words to say any more to what I've...
Read moreIf you want to go to a Mcdolands that treats you like rubbish, please go to Mcdonalds Waverly. When you enter the store there is a stand with sanitiser, a form and a temperature scanner. No one is at the stand so one would think to self sanitise, but when you do so the bottle gets grabbed out of your hand by the security. Non of our temperatures were taken. We wanted to order at the self help station but was told to go to the front till due to the station giving problems. I have to permanently wear glasses, with wearing a mask your glasses gets extremely foggy and you cant see or read the menu (i moved my mask a little bit lower just to be able to read and order) the lady at the till whom did not even bother to greet but only asked "what do you want" ordered me to move my mask back as it was. Understanding her statement and concern, but hoping for a little humanity and understanding back on her side i told her i just want to order as i cant see or read anyting so she (that doesn't wear glasses) said she doesn't care and i should put it back. Extremely shocked and trying to see, my partner said we should rather just go. Thanks Mcdonalds for showing us that nor you or your employees care for people whom support you! If me shifting my mask a little down so that i can be able to read is such a big issue, why do you not even bother taking people's temperatures (when there is a machine available) when they...
Read moreWhat happened to the nice and friendly Mcdonalds our regulars use to enjoy?I have had the worst experience yesterday ever.Rich your way of handling a problem is absolutely wrong as if you just really don't care about the clients. The lady(Meriam/Maria not sure) who worked at the drive thru mike late last night you litteraly treated us with absolutely no intention of assisting so we had to go inside to place the order as she just didnt want to help and just ignored us.after the security guard came and say hello only then she said something when we asked to order because we waited in the line for almost 15 min she still didnt assist.Ignorant and just careless.I have never in my whole life experienced something like this. What a great new look Mcds Waverley have now but what a absolute disaster experience later last night.I go there about 4 times a week even sometimes more. But I have now entered the year with a huge disappointment via Mcds here. Thanks to the security guards always being so nice thats...
