Good Evening , I am formally raising a complaint against this store for 2 occasions whereby they have completely ruined our orders and more so in both occasions our family evening . Once in a while we like to treat our kids and we placed orders via Uber eats , the orders were so grossly incorrect that it ruined our evening both times . The first time it happened I let it go as it put it down as a bad evening , being in the customer service industry I understand that sometimes one mistake doesn’t not benchmark a store but the second one it became unacceptable
Order 1 # R172,47 #87B6A ON 19 FEB 2021 - The order that sent was completely wrong , they forgot our kids burgers , my wife had to drive all the way there as we could not get hold of the store , now we had to sit and wait , kids crying and rest of our food got ice cold. By the time my wife got back we didn’t even eat but fed the kids

Read moreI was at wingtip on Wednesday and in the drive through the guy at the window took my card as the card machine was not working then they tapped the card on another card machine as I was outside so keep in mind I did not have my own card the staff was checking if it would go through In this time 3xR276.90 payments were made from my card but only after leaving the store I saw the messages on my phone that was flat at the time Then I phone the store and give them all the personal information they need to make the payment of R553.80 back into my account the manager KGAOGELO send me a whatsapp asking for information which I then gave and he said 24 hours then the payment will be resolved It is now 48 hours later I came back to the store because it's far from my house and the guy said I must come back to the store to get the refund and now I have had to leave once again without my money and the manager KGAOGELO Is extremely rude and arrogant and he is not willing to help in any way telling me I did not give hom the Info he needs after me showing him proof of all the info that has been send and him responding on whatsapp saying thanks for the info that he now denies getting after proof has been given
I would please like to know how many peoples money gets taken without them knowing and how many are still awaiting refunds that seem to never get processed

I ordered (via Uber Eats) a medium McFeast meal (comes with a drink already, they added spicy sauce but the order doesn’t say SPICY, the fried are always stale). I then included a large Coke on the side which was not delivered. I don’t understand how you can not deliver something that was paid for and the order specifically says it’s an additional item on the order. Another thing, they never include tomato sauces in the Uber deliveries. Their Drive Thru is actually a Sleep Thru, takes ages to get your order, going inside doesn’t help either, yet when you order via curb side they complain that you order too early. One time there were drinks that were out of stock I’ll never order from this franchise again.
