I ordered a chicken salad via Uber eats. On arrival I noticed a terrible smell from the salad which was even worse on opening the packaging. I wasn’t going to risk eating it as the smell was nauseating. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the rather indignant manager who did offer to replace the salad but I would need to come and collect it. I explained to him I am busy at work and that is the reason I use Uber to deliver lunch. I asked if the restaurant would deliver salad and he said it was not possible.
