Read moreThe staff at Vida Glenhove seem like they need training on how to replenish stock. Each time I went, they were always short of something at the counter to fulfil my simple order of coffee. Replenishment is key for morning coffees. They did not have one of many items, for example no stirring sticks or no honey or no milk alternatives or no cinnamon sprinkle or no cup lids and surprisingly one morning they had no coffee beans too . It's annoying that they waste my time to go to their storeroom each time to replenish stock that they should have done long before they run out of it.
