I popped in for a cuppa and breakfast this morning at Canterbury Crossing Mugg & Bean, and what a delightful experience! Staff are friendly and efficient, food and coffee are delicious, the atmosphere is perfect - the music is in the background as it should be, so you can enjoy the ambience. So many coffee shops are too noisy to enjoy a conversation with someone. The shop is clean and neat. Well done Cantebury Crossing Mugg & Bean, you're definitely on my top spot for a morning cuppa!...

Service is EXTREMELY slow. You can place a phone order and arrive to find that preparation on your order hasn’t even started. They need to seriously up their service game.

The staff don’t even know the recipes for simple menu items such as smoothies and the smoothie I phone ordered had zero honey. I basically waited unnecessarily long for a sour yoghurt and peanut...
