Nando's Jabulani Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

Today I decided to call and please a order since i had to visit my wife in hospital from 2 -4 at bara,I called in and placed my order via phone and 39 minutes layer I went to the shop to collect but to my surprise my order was not even captured and no one bothered to explain,so I had to place an order over the counter with took almost 45minutes to come with led to me being late for my visit at the hospital.i honestly thought Nandos jabulani had the best hot sauce in town but then again I'll pass and never visit this shop ever in my life regardless but won't stop...

Nandos Jabulani Mall @ the rate Pedros is going you can't afford to make even a single mistake,you need to impress and keep the little Customers You still have,last night I asked my Husband to buy me a mild quarter meal, I could even hear him through the phone make that order,I was served Hot 🥵,I couldn't enjoy as it was difficult to swallow,worst of all I couldn't sleep due to running tummy because of the the hot flavour,I know the difference between the 2 Flavours, unhappy...

M so overwhelmed to be sharing my views about your restaurant, I normally buy takeaways with my family and not even once I've complained about the food you serve, you are the best ever nando's, your tender meat, flavors, wedges, rolls actually every food you sell is the best ever, to top it all up the service from the staff exceptional... I love your restaurant Jabulani branch and please keep it up with your services and great...
