Worst experience from Nandos Lambton, placed an order via nandos.co.za at 12:38 and paid and waited till 14:36 and still my order hasn't been delivered. I had to call both the shop and the customer care line to check on my order only then where they were scrambling about it and told them to cancel because who waits 2 hours for 1/4 leg and wedges and had I not called would still be waiting for a meal that isn't coming had i not called id still be waiting for something that isn't coming. What irritates the most is that this is the 2nd time I've received such service last time i ordered online using the Nando's website and my order was only delivered the next day 24 hours later Order# 1118/ST23812872 dated 19/07/2025 and mind you i live 7min away from the Nando's, what's the point on having an online service if its going to be useless and orders are going to go uncaptured? like honestly this has really been a piss off because if you're not serious about being in business just close shop.

They heard me after my 1st review which I believe is excellent customer service. The chickens saucy and slowly but surely the sauce levels in the livers are improving. Well done Nando's!
1st Review:Nando's a firm favourite for my family and me. Not the Lambton branch though. They need to understand when you request extra extra extra sauce please give it as you will get dry chicken if not over exaggerating the extra. We also stopped buying another firm favourite the livers from this branch for the same reason. Guys the sauce is what makes your meal. Other branches do it so much better, we don't need to even request extra sauce. But what's worse about the Lambton branch is even thought you exaggerate and request it, they still don't give u any extra sauce. Also please spicey chips is very different to plain chips, when a customer orders spicey chips understand that's what they are expecting . Stop ruining experience and let people enjoy what they have worked hard to pay for. Also this is not a 1time experience, it's an everytime...

The extensive wait times, ranging from 20 to 30 minutes is extremely disappointing However, to add insult to injury, the food's quality fails to redeem the experience. The flavors lack the signature zest and vibrancy Nando's is known for, leaving much to be desired.
It's disheartening to see such a establishment falter in delivering even the most basic standards of service and culinary excellence. One can't help but wonder if there has been a decline in attention to detail or a lapse in quality control.
In light of these experiences, I find it challenging to recommend Nando's Drive-Thru service to anyone seeking a convenient and satisfying meal. Unless significant improvements are made, both in service efficiency and food quality, patrons are better off exploring alternative...
