Nando's Midrand Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

Bad service!! Me and my family wanted to sit and eat we were told that we can't do that they no longer allowing people to dine we got there around 18:40 by 7pm our food was ready when we asked what time they closing they said 10pm they told us they having a problem we can't sit. We found a couple sitting and eating they ddn't even care that we spent money to go there because we knew that they closing at 10pm we could've ordered.There wasn't a problem it was obvious they told themselves that they want to stop customers from eating there early and that couple were there last...

I ordered hot pot meal (incl 1/4 chicken - breast), chicken salad and 1/4 chicken (leg), kiddies meal and 1/4 chicken (leg) - all mild. Total cost R320 via drive through. But when I got home my meal was missing a 1/4 chicken (breast). I did ask at collection if everything was there and was assures yes everything is in, but to my surprise it was not. I am very unhappy with this as it would seem I paid for 1/4 chicken that I did not get, but most importantly we could not enjoy the meal the way we wanted to according to our cravings and...

Worst Nandos I've ever had. Been coming here since they opened and they got good reviews from us... But, no more Ordered a sosatie special and a 1/4 chicken, chips and roll... Looked like kiddie portions. Hot was cooler than mild. Lemon and herb was tasteless. Chicken was undercooked. Chips were cold... At least the roll was fresh...

You guys have dropped the ball, please don't tell me you're trying to be like KFC, they've already lost...
