Nando's Wonderpark Drive Thru — Restaurant in Gauteng

The service is great, especially on the drive through where you often pay for your meal, pick it up and go within 5 minutes. The quality of the food is nothing less than what you expect from a good Nando's outlet. The knowledgeable waiters are always helpful and patiently explain the various menu options. On certain days of the week the drive-thru can get a bit crowded with long queues. So it's sometimes better to park the car and walk in to get the order inside where the queues are...

Nandos is really dropping the ball here, service is declining, I have used this Nandos for a while without challenges, nowadays there is always something wrong, especially if you order online or via other delivery services, tried raising the issue today and the way the matter was handled was so appalling to say the least, I just asked for my refund because i was not in a mood for arguments, especially because no remorse was shown, don't see myself visiting again...

Bad service in Nandos wonderpark...no no no...last Thursday i bought chicken and it was burnt, luckily i was still in the restaurant when i saw it, i asked to give me proper chicken. Today i bought half chicken with extra sauce, i asked them again and again if there was extra sauce they agreed. Coz i must always beg for the extra sauce, when i get home, burnt chicken, no extra souce mxm...im tired of the bad service...
