We celebrate two of our four kids birthdays at Papachinos every year. This year was no different. I called to make a booking and was told that no meal sharing is allowed, even for the kids. We always order large pizzas for the kids to enjoy and share. I was told it's not allowed. I then asked if a husband and wife decided to share a pizza at the party, would they make a scene and make our guests feel uncomfortable? They told me it's their company policy to not allow any sharing and that we would take up space that could be better occupied by other clients. I told them that probably all grownups would order their own meals but that I can't guarantee that as I can't tell the people we invite how to spend their money. There were no accommodation from their side. We would've been 35 people in total who would've ordered a lot of food and drinks. I'm so disappointed in how this was handled. Our favorite place to celebrate our kids birthday will never see us again. I completely understand that a business needs to make profit, but as a customer, who supports this business, they took away the human aspect of why we choose to go to a restaurant and they plainly told us that they don't care about the people, they care about the money. I will clearly say again, the kids would've shared large pizzas, the grownups would've ordered...
