Passi Decor and Deli — Restaurant in Gauteng

This is a ZERO star rating for Passi Deli. Passi's deck plank broke and my leg and back is bruised and aching. This incident cannot be blamed on the rain. This is months and months of wear and tear and should have been attended to and maintained by the owner.

I'm absolutely appalled by the state of the deck at Passi Deli. This is absolute negligence on Passi's part and is completely unsafe and Hazardous for customers. The health and safety of your patrons should be Passi's highest priority!

I attended an event on Saturday the 9th of April and upon arriving my right leg went through a broken plank of Passi's deck. I have multiple bruises on my leg and back and have pain in my back due to the fall. This incident happened in full view of the persons attending the event, Passi staff and managers at Passi. I'm disgusted that I had to call over a manager to voice my complaint and a manger didn't instinctively come and assist me. All the two female managers could say was how sorry they were that the incident occurred and that its their maintenance guys fault that the deck is not being maintained and safe. The older female manager went on to say that some of the areas of the deck aren't used all the time and that's why some of the planks are broken and loose. This is a ridiculous excuse!! Passi has events EVERY weekend in numerous spots. The deck areas are used continuously. How does this excuse even make sense?

To add insult to injury our pregnant friend who is very far along in her pregnancy almost fell into their rose bushes from stumbling on a loose plank. Luckily she was able to stop herself otherwise this could have been extremely dangerous to both mom and baby.

I will NEVER set foot in this establishment again!! This incident has not only caused physical damage but has also been emotionally damaging.

Throughout the event the servers where rude and slow and the food which was supposed to be buffet style was not up to standard.

What can I say but WOW! Willie and his team at Passi were absolutely amazing beyond words! Our wedding was magical, and was practically perfect. Willie was there from the very beginning coordinating everyone and everything to the smallest details and nothing was any trouble. He was in constant contact with us making sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted! His attention to every detail is impeccable. He manages any obstacles that might arise with grace and ease. The team of suppliers work effortlessly together and are of the highest quality - our guests were blown away!! We spent our wedding day having fun and making memories with all of our friends and family (and each other!) & we know that it was 100 percent possible because of all of Willie’s hard work. Thank you so much for making 1 of best days of our life’s, absolute perfect

Went for a chilled breakfast with my fiancé.

Liked their menu. Ordered the Passi breakfast. Was not dissapointed at all. Food was absolutely amazing. Bacon was more than enough and the mushroom parcel really rounded up the meal for me.

Very nice venue. Ample parking. Food took a bit lonh. But this was due to there being 3 baby showers on the morning. We weren't in a hurry anyway. Maitre D was extremely friendly and professional. Wait staff also very helpful and provided my fiancé with a blanket as it was a bit chilly outside the morning. Coffee was a bit strong but that isn't always a bad thing.

Will definitely go again but during the week when it's much quieter. Arts and crafts area also caught my attention. So gives me a good reason to go there again
