I didn't get the correct base sadly but I still got a nice pizza :)

Romans Pizza Company please make sure the right bases are sorted it was supposed to be a thick base traditional it was more of a gluten free tasting thin base. 🙏

The staff however from the delivery guy and the manager herself really tried to help so I am grateful for the service. 🍕

They even went out of there way to replace the pizza at no extra cost sadly it was the base itself and only Romans can fix the bases not so much the employees who cook it. :(

Received a horrible service this afternoon, placed an order via Uber eats & I had selected that I was going to collect myself. When I got to the store I was told my order was mistakenly given to the Uber driver that had come into the store to collect for another customer & also because they were experiencing Loadshedding they can’t bake another one for me . Romans Pizza is my favourite pizza franchise in South Africa for a reason. That reason is value for money. Romans pizza are not stingy with cheese and sauce, so the pizzas are always loaded with flavour. The storefront was clean, modern and well kept with a few seats for patrons. Service was friendly and fast, and the cashier seemed energetic, something I don't always see at other branches. Would highly recommend if you like thick...
