Stayed here with family. Love the pool although it is very very deep hence is good for those who know how to swim. Also the pool area is not safe. They have two plants around the pool which are not fenced. I have seen people fall into them include my 4 year old. Something that needs to be fenced. The paint on the pool deck comes off on your clothes. It is designed ok but the luxury rooms have no windows, no air conditioning in all rooms .I guess in the quest to use space, they did not think of air circulation. There are two rooms in the luxury apartment. With only one window and door. There is a small fan for the room and all the other bathrooms and toilets use that one main door for air circles which makes it unconditional for one to releave themselves. Although the rooms are big, this brings the place down. Small window which is not good enough. Some rooms have no windows at all, just a small fan on the wall and those situated on the hall way, even when you open the door, the neighbors can see what you are doing. The service is good. Despit3 all this, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again. Cleaners look after the place well although you have to check what you have eg cutlery and cooking utensils. Count them and any broken dishes you have to pay just like any business. Very costly. Otherwise l enjoyed my stay here. They looked after us well and after checking out we were able to leave our bags for fee hours with them. Inkosi.

I booked here, got there, paid 12 000 rands for 7 days, got to the apartment there was no hot water, slept without bathing after a long trip in winter. The staff is very rude and they are liars. We ended up staying for 2 nights cancelled and left for ainbnb in a more comfortable place. The day we left they were fixing the geyser from 9am until 3pm when we left. Imagine booking a place to enjoy excuses and to be asked to go take a shower in the neighbouring unit. They refused to refund us for the remaining days. We stayed at airbnb for 14 nights and they just lost this business like that and don't care. Their partner booking.com is also a s**t company because we notified them and did nothing about it. Mr owner your business will drown with the attitude your manager and staff have!

A convenient, modern, and well-equipped self-catering option near Sandton CBD. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped for self-catering, with the added bonus of air-conditioning and free WiFi throughout. Some rooms have balconies, which is a nice touch. The pool deck and mini gym are also nice extras. Overall, a solid, good-value stay for visits to the area.

Upon arrival, after waiting approximately 5 minutes to enter the property and was questioned through the gate by security regarding my room number (which I wouldn’t know because I haven’t received a key yet), I waited another 10 minutes in reception for management to tend to my partner and I. After greeting us, he left for another 10 minutes and someone else came. We were demanded, not asked, about a R800 cash deposit despite it not being on the website. We decided that we would leave based on that not being communicated, but we were urged to stay and not pay it as he would miss out on the fee for the room. My partner was asked for his bank card for them to copy it into the booking book which I found odd. Walking into the room the white bedding had brown stains which wasn’t inviting to sleep on.

The following morning at 11:00 we got a knock on the door telling us that we are late for checkout but it was never mentioned to us when checking in. When leaving not long after that we had to wait 15 - 20 minutes for someone to open the gate. No one from management was present — not in the guard house and not even at reception. I decided to call the number provided on Google and it went to voicemail. Luckily the one cleaner that the building has was walking up the stairs and was able to help us leave after running around looking for management.

Poorly run property which is a pity for such an aesthetically pleasing building. They could be a 5 star accommodation if they took these bad reviews into consideration seeing that we all complain about the same things.

I would never go there again and don’t recommend it to anyone. You will suffer at...

It looks good and fancy but ill-equipped for functionality and poorly resourced for the holidays when it was full.

Average amenities considering the price of the place.

Poorly stocked kitchen, just the bare minimum provided in terms of cutlery and crockery (no storage containers, no lighter/ matches for gas stove, no kitchen swabs, mops, broom or even bin liners, just to name a few things missing)

On 3 occasions (in just 3 days), family members were stuck in the bed/bathrooms because of faulty door handles. Thank goodness we brought our own toolbox!

No spare toilet rolls in the bathrooms, meanwhile the apartment which sleeps 8 people was full.

No alternative lighting for load-shedding (the generator only works for part of the time)

No WiFi password was provided for upstairs WiFi despite several requests.

Dynasty only had one staff member and one cleaner working on what was a long weekend with high occupancy and turnaround.

The "no noise after 22h00" rule was not enforced and our neighbours could be heard shouting and laughing well into the wee hours.

No wheelchair access or considerate of anyone with physical challenges which for a fairly new complex is unacceptable. We had our grandfather who can't manage stairs too well and someone with a crutch.

Parking area is poorly laid out with the steps to enter each space and insufficient parking for the number of...
