I called this place way in advance to book a table for two. I should have know then that going here was going to be great disappointment. When I got there the security told me that the place was not ope to the public and I had to call reception again to let then know security refuses to let me in. Great venue, great view, but that's about it! The service was absolutely sub par. The waiter seemed to have had 1 too much. he service was sloppy, the presentation was appalling... expected more from this...
